We hope you will love your lamp, but if you change your mind, please contact us within 1 week and then return to us (at your own cost) within 14 days. If the lamp is unused, lampshade still wrapped and in a perfect saleable condition, we will issue a refund.
If your lamp arrives with a fault or damage please get in touch, email@example.com within 1 week and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If a fault should arise within 1 year from the date of purchase we will either repair or replace your hardware. Replacement is subject to product availability. If it is no longer available then we will offer credit.
We won’t be able to cover:
- Wear and tear
- Lamps stored in inappropriate environments e.g. outside
- Light bulbs and adapters
- Items you have altered yourself
- Accidental damage, or damage caused through misuse
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches
- Items sold as samples or seconds
- Natural changes in material character and texture
Notes for Bambusa: Before first use, fully charge the battery – this will take approximately 5 hours and then last for 15-20 hours. A blue light will display when charging and go out once fully charged. To ensure battery life, please recharge the battery before completely depleted. We recommend to recharge when the bulb begins to dim. Caution: Not for use by young children. Use the charger supplied. Unplug when fully charged. Protect from rain or moisture. Batteries are replaceable.

Originals and limited edition prints are non returnable unless damaged on arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged please report this immediately.

If you change your mind after purchasing any home accessories, including lampshades and cushions, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days, providing it remains in its original packaging and is in perfect salable condition.
