Learn the craft of contemporary lampshade making and create your very own 30cm cylindrical lampshade during this 3 hour workshop. This class is perfect for beginners as you will be guided step by step. You will be taught all the tips and tricks to result in a professional looking lampshade that can be used as either a ceiling pendant or on a table lamp.
All lampshade parts, frame, adhesive and tools are provided as well as light refreshments. Just bring along your choice of ironed fabric or purchase on the day.
You will need:
Your choice of fabric, preferably ironed, measuring approximately 130 x 50cm. A light to medium weight fabric is recommended, either a cotton, poly cotton or a linen/cotton mix. Victoria Cronin is an independent product and interior designer based in Dubai. She creates bespoke lampshades, furniture and interior spaces.
